Beyond Retail continues growing and expanding and we are now looking for a Senior CRM specialist with a proven track record building successful digital businesses.

About the role

Beyond Retail is currently under exciting expansion and constantly evaluating the offering due to the high demand for consultancy services. To strengthen our consultant organization further, we are now looking for a CRM Consultant with at least 4-6 years of work experience within CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation, preferably within e-commerce. In the role of CRM Consultant, you will act in roles such as Head of CRM, CRM Manager, Loyalty Manager etc. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and improving multi-channel tactics with the goal of improving customer retention and preventing churn depending on the lifecycle stage and channel relevance

You will help our customers scale up their digital investment when acting as an insourced resource with the customer in focus. In your role as a CRM Consultant at Beyond Retail, you will represent, sell, and continue to develop Beyond Retail’s offering together with your colleagues. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager of one of our consulting teams and work close with our other CRM experts for knowledge sharing and state of the art delivery towards our clients.

Your profile

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience working with automation tools and email marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related
  • Experience of multi-channel marketing automation and customer segmentation
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation, re-engagement, and retention strategies
  • Proven experience to create and develop CRM journeys and campaigns
  • Data-driven thinker, problem solver and tech-savvy
  • Creative and business-minded with the end-customer in focus
  • Self-starter with an ability to initiate projects and execute from start to finish
  • Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Genuine passion for digital transformation, customer behavior, and conversion optimization
