Beyond Retail is currently expanding the team with more digital experts to meet the high demand of our consultancy services. To further strengthen our consultant organization, we are now looking for a Senior Analytics Consultant with at least 4 years of work experience from a successful e-commerce business.

About the role

As Senior Analytics Consultant, you will join our newly built Digital Marketing team and work in projects and/or as an interim resource for our clients acting as E-commerce Analyst, Analytics Manager, Digital Analyst or similar. In our assignments you will be an important player for our client’s growth, increased understanding and competency development.

You will help our clients scale up their digital business acting as an insourced resource always with the customer and result in focus. In your role as a Senior Analytics Consultant at Beyond Retail, you will also represent, sell, and continue to develop Beyond Retail’s offer together with the rest of our consulting organisation. You will report to Senior Manager Digital Marketing, Robin Ahrnéll, and work closely with our other teams for knowledge sharing and state-of-the-art delivery towards our clients.

Your profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working as an analyst in a successful e-commerce business
  • Lead and execute tracking and analytics projects.
  • Deliver and implement technical tracking solutions using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Arrange workshops to gather business requirements for the analysis platform and translate the customer’s business goals into measurable KPIs.
  • Visualise data by setting up dashboards and KPI-reporting.
  • Prepare and present in depth analysis reports to clients.
  • Experience in executing and managing complex analytics projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other relevant diploma
  • Data-driven mindset, problem solver, and tech-savvy
  • Creative and business-minded with the end-customer in focus
  • Self-starter with an ability to initiate projects and execute from start to finish
  • Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • A genuine passion for digital transformation, customer behavior, and conversion optimization
  • Good analytical skills and strong knowledge in web analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Excel and Tag Manager.
