About the role

We are searching for a curious and driven E-commerce Experience Manager to join us on our journey.

As E-Commerce Experience Manager, you will be working in the intersection of design, technology and business and be responsible for identifying and driving implementation of what will create the most value for our customers and business. 

You will work together with teams of designers, developers, and other key functions to discover opportunities and deliver effective solutions on the back of our e-commerce platforms. 

The role is part of the E-commerce Experience Team and reports to Head of E-commerce Experience. The team is responsible for improving and maintaining the customer experience on the websites, including Inspire & Discover as well as Checkout & Post-purchase phases of the customer journey. We have a central role in the organization, and the chance to really make a difference. 

Pierce is offering a hybrid working model with a mix of remote and office work. 
For this role, we are looking for someone who can join us in either Åre or Stockholm


  • Manage e-commerce projects and continuous improvement initiatives in all product development stages from insights gathering to ideation, design, implementation, and validation of the outcome
  • Work closely with the team of Designers and Developers as well as other key functions in SEO, Content, CRM, Product Information, Category Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Sales
  • Cross functional coordination, backlog prioritization and sprint planning
  • Collaborate and align with stakeholders around goals, requirements, business cases and priorities
  • Conduct research and analysis of data to understand how we best can improve the customer experience
  • Define and share hypothesis, based on customer insights and other data, to be used as input to concept and development work
  • Work together with the teams of designers and developers to create, test and deliver solutions which brings value in line with our business goals

Skills & Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience as Project Manager or Product Manager, having delivered large-scale e-commerce/website projects with technical challenges, preferably in a retail environment
  • You have a wide knowledge of product development and a background in UX design, user research, frontend development and/or product management
  • You are customer centric and data-driven, placing significant value in qualitative data such as customer problems along with quantitative data
  • You have strong leadership and communication skills and you are comfortable communicating at senior levels in the company
  • You have experience in managing a virtual and geographically distributed team
  • You have a ‘can do’ attitude and a high level of autonomy
  • You are curious, have a flexible mindset, and the ability to work on both operational and strategic levels
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced scale-up environment and can create structure and clarity for the team and stakeholders
  • You bring enthusiasm, energy and inspire others
