About the role

Beyond Retail is currently under exciting expansion and constantly evaluating the offering due to the high demand for consultancy services. To strengthen our consultant organization further, we are now looking for a CRM & MA Consultant with at least 2-4 years of work experience within CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation. In the role of CRM & MA Consultant, you will act in roles such as Marketing Automation Specialist, Email Marketing Specialist, or CRM Coordinator. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and improving multi-channel tactics with the goal of improving customer retention and preventing churn depending on the lifecycle stage and channel relevance.

You will help our clients scale up their digital investment when acting as an insourced resource with the customer in focus. You will be reporting to Head of CRM, Carina Fornegård, and work closely with our other CRM experts for knowledge sharing and state-of-the-art delivery towards our clients.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with automation tools and email marketing, preferably within B2C with great results
  • Relevant degree in marketing, business or CRM
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing automation and customer segmentation
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation, re-engagement, and retention strategies
  • Proven experience to create and develop CRM journeys and campaigns
  • Data-driven thinker, problem solver, and tech-savvy
  • Creative and business-minded with the end-customer in focus
  • Self-starter with an ability to initiate projects and execute from start to finish
  • Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A genuine passion for digital transformation, customer behavior, and conversion optimization

  • Basic HTML and/or CSS skills are a plus
  • Knowledge in some of these systems is a plus: Klaviyo, Voyado, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze and/or Emarsys
