We are now helping our client recruit a Head of Creative to join their team in Stockholm. As the Head of Creative your primary focus will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional creative outputs from the studio, encompassing brand campaigns, product launches, special projects, moving image, packaging and more.

Responsibilities & tasks

  • Ensure that all creative output aligns with project and brand objectives, maintaining consistency across all creative touch points  
  • Oversee the creative direction for brand campaigns, editorial content, out-of-home advertising, social media channels, evergreen content, e-commerce, newsletters & packaging
  • Lead and manage the creative teams, guiding and providing feedback to elevate the quality of their work
  • Foster the development and expansion of creative concepts within the team
  • Lead the artistic direction from concept development to final delivery, constantly pushing design boundaries and strengthening the brand’s identity
  • Play a pivotal role in all aspects of production
  • Making sure that all creative materials and deliverables from the studio meet and exceed expectations and are completed within agreed upon deadlines and budgets. 
  • Collaborate with Creative Consultants to conceptualize and develop campaigns and editorials

Who are you?

To succeed in the role as Head of Creative you are or have:  

  • 8+ years of experience in similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion/beauty
  • Are used to collaborate with others, both creative colleagues and on C-level. 
  • Proven track record in successfully developing and managing creative teams, fostering their growth, and maximizing their potential.
  • Background within Art Direction & Graphic Design
  • Inspirational and motivational
  • Actively use feedback as a leadership tool and are able to give constructive feedback 
  • The ability to challenge the team and ensure their development
  • Genuine, someone who loves and truly understands our Client’s brand and visions. 
  • Extensive knowledge of photographers, directors, stylists etc and are used to collaborate with others to make informed decisions regarding the choice of photographers, stylists, casting and other production elements while respecting budgets and timelines.
