
About the role
HVD Group is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the commercial plan for our existing customers in Sweden. This role combines analytical skills with hands-on execution to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, analyzing and constantly improving multi-channel customer retention campaigns that help increase user engagement and product adoption, and reduce churn. Collaborating closely with other marketing functions as well as sales teams, support and product departments.
Responsibilities & tasks
- Develop and evolve retention and campaign planning using tactics such as email marketing, webinars, on-demand webinars, courses, community forums, and in-product communication.
- Manage and produce regular customer communications about new features, product enhancements, and upsell opportunities.
- Follow-up on retention metrics and initiate action plans where needed based on data.
- Produce content along the full customer and user journey to ensure a good experience (e.g. product information materials, product update communication, on-demand webinars etc)
- Ensure product update and upsell opportunity communications are delivered effectively across relevant channels, such as newsletters, customer portals, or other digital touchpoints.
- Be responsible for NPS and reporting
- Develop strategies to identify and nurture customer advocates, encouraging testimonials, case studies, and referrals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify key accounts for deeper engagement and support
Reporting and collaboration
- Monitor and report on the performance of customer engagement activities, e.g. upsell and cross-sell results.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and campaign outcomes.
- Act as the central point of coordination for customer-focused initiatives within the Swedish market.
- Report to Marketing Director.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience in customer engagement activities and email marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries.
- Experience of Account Engagement and Salesforce or similar systems.
- Strong project management skills, capable of balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and strong English proficiency.
- Some experience in content creation; copy, imagery and video
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure the impact of communications and engagement activities.
- Collaborative and proactive, with strong relationship-building skills across teams.
