Role Summary
As E-Commerce Growth Manager, you will play a key role in developing the end-to-end strategy for accelerating the growth of STRONGER's digital ecosystem. Your leadership will span across optimizing the entire e-commerce journey, from driving traffic to enhancing conversion and implementing strategic, data-driven initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align business objectives with cutting-edge digital experiences that elevate STRONGER's global presence and bottom-line performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic E-Commerce Leadership: Define and execute the digital growth strategy, driving initiatives that optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints, ensuring an outstanding user experience that aligns with our brand vision.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced data analytics (GA4, Hotjar, Data Studio, etc.) to analyze key metrics, forecast growth trends, and generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Growth and Performance Optimization: Spearhead growth strategies that maximize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Partner with CRM and Performance Marketing teams to optimize SEO, paid media, loyalty, and on-site personalization efforts.
- Technical Excellence & Innovation: Lead the development of technical roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration of platforms, optimizing site speed and mobile experiences, and collaborating with developers to enhance the site’s technical infrastructure.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Drive continuous testing and optimization (A/B, multivariate) to improve user flows, reduce friction points, and maximize on-site performance.
- UX/UI Oversight: Work collaboratively with the design and creative teams to evolve the digital experience, balancing aesthetics with usability to drive deeper customer engagement.
- Merchandising & Content Strategy: Lead efforts to align product placement, seasonal campaigns, and promotional strategies with evolving customer demands, ensuring a cohesive and compelling digital storefront.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure seamless alignment of strategies, creative initiatives, and business goals.
- Innovation & Trend Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in digital commerce to keep STRONGER ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business or economics or other related fields (required).
- Strong analytical capabilities and min 6 years of previous experience from a similar responsibility
- Experience from working with our tech stack (Centra, Voyado elevate & engage etc)
- Experience with technical project management
- General interest in fashion/lifestyle brands.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
Key relationships
You’ll collaborate closely with our development agency, our creative in-house team, Performance & CRM, and report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Location & start date
This is a full-time position based at our Stockholm office, with the possibility to work remote two days per week. Start date: as soon as possible. Final candidates will complete a case study as part of the interview process.
