About the role

As our Commercial Director B2B, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey, playing a crucial role in shaping the commercial strategy for our B2B business area in Sweden. You'll lead the charge in achieving our ambitious sales targets while creating and executing cutting-edge go-to-market strategies. This position is full-time, located at the Stockholm office and will be reporting to Troels Haugstrup, CSO and be part of the Commercial Management Team. 

Responsibilities and key tasks: 

Sales & Business Development: 

  • Collaborate closely with Group Development Commercial to align strategies and initiatives. 
  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies and positioning. 
  • Drive inbound and outbound sales by identifying, pursuing, and closing the right opportunities. 
  • Conduct impactful sales pitches and maximize win rates while maintaining efficient cost-of-sales. 
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure favorable outcomes. 

Strategy & Operations: 

  • Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and delivery teams to streamline workflows. 
  • Ensure strong sales performance through regular follow-ups and course corrections. 
  • Prepare detailed sales reports to track performance against targets. 
  • Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system for visibility and efficiency. 
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet quarterly and annual goals. 

Who are you? 

You are an experienced sales professional with a robust background in B2B or B2C industries such as Manufacturing, Distribution, and Wholesale. With strong negotiation skills and a natural relationship building approach, you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a genuine passion for driving business success.

You also are/have:

  • 10+ years of sales experience in B2B industries such as Manufacturing, Distribution, and Wholesale, with a deep understanding of their sales cycles, challenges, and opportunities. 
  • Proficiency in pitch management techniques and complex sales methodologies.
  • Strong networking skills for building industry connections.
  • Extensive experience in the commerce industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building capabilities with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • A strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • Ability to foster collaboration across teams and maintain high-quality standards in sales practices.
  • A commitment to staying updated on market trends and refining strategies based on insights.
