About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Sales & Wholesale Manager to lead our global sales operations. This role is pivotal in driving our brand strategy and expanding our international market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record in sales management. You will be based in Stockholm and be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our brand in line with the overall objectives.
Responsibility Areas
- Propose and execute the global sales and commercial strategy for the brand.
- Create sales and profitability budgets for wholesale, marketplace sales, and e-sales; manage performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Report sales and results performance regularly to management and stakeholders.
- Build, support, and modify a professional and motivated sales agent structure as required.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and terms with agents and marketplace accounts.
- Establish long-term relationships with key accounts, including department stores, boutiques, and online retailers.
- Lead market preparations and showroom activities and represent the brand at international trade shows and events.
- Support market expansion through research and analysis of new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- As a management team member, drive the business with a focus on profitable growth.
Who Are You?
To succeed in the role as Global Sales & Wholesale Manager, you ideally have:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent leadership, strategic, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in sales management, including wholesale, marketplace sales, and e-sales.
- A proven track record in budget management.
- Excellent commercial and business awareness, including insights into digital customer behavior.
- International experience in building and managing agents.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
