
About the position
We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Operations Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute all growth initiatives across paid media, retention, CRO, SEO, and content. You’ll be responsible for maximizing revenue and customer lifetime value while improving operational efficiency. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, and more.
Responsibilities & tasks
- Oversee all growth channels; paid media, retention, CRO, SEO & content, to maximize brand loyalty and revenue.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth campaigns with the content team.
- Allocate budgets efficiently based on GM3 and other key KPIs to maximize ROAS and customer lifetime value.
- Drive customer-centric initiatives, including email flows, website optimization, and personalized content.
- Continuously analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Improve operational efficiency through warehouse management and logistics negotiations.
- Collaborate on website improvements to improve conversion rates and user experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, Dema, Motion, Meta, and Google Sheets.
- Own and build relationships with external marketing partners within performance marketing, email flows and campaigns etc.

Qualifications & experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, e-commerce, or operational management, preferably within a DTC business.
- Proven ability to drive growth through performance marketing, CRO, retention strategies, content operations and SEO.
- Independent problem-solver with the ability to coordinate and oversee all aspects of the business efficiently.
- Experience working with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Dema, Motion, Meta platforms, and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience leading or collaborating across cross-functional teams to achieve growth and operational improvements.
