About the role

As our PR & Influencer Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of developing and executing Röhnisch’s PR and influencer strategies, aligning them with our brand vision and business goals. You’ll build and nurture relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and content creators to elevate brand visibility and support product launches, campaigns, and collaborations. You will plan, lead, and evaluate campaigns that drive both awareness and conversion, always with a data-driven and creative mindset. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with our marketing, e-commerce, sales, and product teams, as well as with external agencies and collaborators. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing & E-commerce and play a key role in expanding Röhnisch’s voice and community both locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the PR and influencer marketing strategy in alignment with business targets and brand vision
  • Build strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and brand ambassadors
  • Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
  • Manage and optimize the PR & influencer marketing budget
  • Plan and implement successful PR events, influencer campaigns, and brand activations
  • Lead influencer partnerships and brand collaborations from negotiation to execution
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels

About you

We believe you are a driven and creative team player who is as passionate about women’s empowerment and wellness as you are about building strong brand stories and communities.

  • Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field – or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PR or influencer marketing, ideally within sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
  • Proven track record in building and managing media and influencer relations
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with analytics and ROI measurement tools
  • Deep understanding of the female consumer and an authentic connection to our brand values
  • Flexible and proactive mindset – comfortable working in a dynamic and growing organization
  • A natural networker with strong relationship-building skills
