About the role

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of all social media channels – with a focus on visibility, authenticity, and real-time engagement. This role is about being present, reactive, and to be passionate about social media. Together with our Art Director (who can help create more produced content), you’ll experiment, engage and create content that resonates with our audience, sparks conversation, and builds loyalty. You will work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and design teams to bring our brand to life in ways that feel real, relevant, and bold. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves testing new formats and trends, and prefers being out there rather than over-polished. We’re not looking for perfection – we’re looking for presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage Röhnisch’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Develop and implement content calendars aligned with our commercial and marketing strategies
  • Be the voice of Röhnisch – post, comment, like, respond and engage daily with our community
  • Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera – we want to show the people behind the brand
  • Collaborate with our AD and marketing team to create content that performs – but always with a “let’s just try it” mindset
  • Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform shifts – test, evaluate and iterate continuously
  • Analyze performance and report on KPIs like reach, engagement and growth
  • Support seasonal campaigns and product launches with creative and timely social activation
  • Create engaging, on-brand content – from concept to final post – tailored for each platform
  • Confident with mobile video, editing apps (like CapCut, Instagram Edits), and understanding of social-first formats
  • Confident working with figma and adobe creative cloud.

About you

  • We believe you’re a creative doer who thrives in social media environments and understands that community is everything.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation or similar
  • You live online and love the pace, the people, and the culture of social media
  • You’re hands-on, curious and not afraid to try new things 
  • Strong writing skills in both Swedish and English
  • Passion for wellness, fashion, and women’s empowerment
  • A genuine understanding of Röhnisch’s audience and tone of voice
  • Structured and proactive, able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
