About the role

As CRM Lead, you’ll play a key role in further developing and optimizing our CRM platform Bloomreach. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue and customer value through smart segmentation, automation, optimization, and campaign execution.

This is a hybrid role, both strategic and operational. You'll work across the full scope: from setting the roadmap and long-term vision, to coordinating daily sends and analyzing performance.

You report directly to the Head of Performance & Partnership Marketing and work closely with the Performance Marketing, Marketing Communication, Commercial, and Tech teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Bloomreach: structure, segments, automations, and A/B testing
  • Develop, execute, and optimize CRM strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and retention
  • Create, run, and analyze email campaigns
  • Ensure data-driven communication using Bloomreach, PowerBI, and other tools
  • Initiate and lead new CRM projects and feature developments
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to build scalable, automated marketing efforts

We’re Looking for Someone Who

  • Has 4+ years of CRM experience within e-commerce (B2C/DTC)
  • Is self-driven, analytical, and proactive
  • Has hands-on experience with Bloomreach or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Is skilled in Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Excel
  • Has a technical curiosity and is comfortable navigating data-heavy tools
  • Understands attribution and takes a holistic approach to marketing
