About the role
We are looking for a confident, business-oriented leader to build and lead the unified digital and IT function within Commercial Care. The role carries end-to-end responsibility for the digital ecosystem, spanning product ownership, IT operations, marketing automation and digital infrastructure, ensuring that systems, tools and ways of working directly support clinic operations, commercial performance and the patient experience.
You will enter an environment where many initiatives are running in parallel and where priorities may shift at short notice. Through strong leadership, you create structure, direction and trust, while remaining agile, pragmatic and comfortable making decisions in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts.
The role requires you to quickly understand an existing IT landscape that includes both legacy solutions and ongoing development. You bring a curious, solution-oriented mindset, identify opportunities for improvement and cost efficiency, and have solid experience developing and managing platforms such as Salesforce, from both a business and cost perspective. You are a skilled negotiator who can challenge vendors, manage costs and secure commercially sound agreements without compromising quality or long-term scalability.
You work closely with executive leadership, clinics and group functions, and thrive at the intersection of business, technology and people. The role operates in an international context with a primary focus on Sweden, Norway and Denmark, as well as collaboration with the Netherlands. Experience from owner-led or private equity-backed organizations is considered a strong advantage, as is experience from healthcare or clinical operations.

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across digital products, IT processes and marketing technology.
- Build strong relationships with clinics and business leadership to ensure operational value and measurable impact.
- Ensure that digital and IT foundations enable safe medical operations, business continuity and high productivity without disruption to patient care or clinic performance.
