About the role
As a Marketing Specialist - SEO & Content, you will play a key operational role in strengthening Ryleon’s digital presence and demand generation.
The role is hands-on and centers on planning, writing, and publishing SEO-driven articles and content that enhance
visibility and contribute to commercial results.
Beyond content production, you will work with website optimization, SEO structure, analytics, and performance tracking to ensure continuous improvement and measurable impact.
You will also contribute to campaign-based initiatives such as product launches and other commercial activities, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
This position is suited for someone who enjoys working operationally, takes responsibility for execution, and is motivated by continuously improving performance over time. You will join a small, engaged team where collaboration, initiative, and pace are valued.
The position is permanent and based at Ryleon’s office at Birger Jarlsgatan 20 in Stockholm. Start date according to agreement.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and publish SEO-driven articles and content
- Collaborate closely with entrepreneurs and the companies within Ryleon to align SEO priorities and digital visibility efforts
- Optimize website structure and content to improve search visibility and overall performance
- Work hands-on in CMS platforms such as WordPress and Framer to manage and update content
- Set up, manage, and continuously refine analytics and performance tracking to measure traffic, content impact, and business results
- Manage Ryleon’s LinkedIn presence, including content planning and publishing
- Create or coordinate visual assets to support website content, campaigns, and digital initiatives
- Support marketing initiatives such as product launches, commercial activities, and trade fairs
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you are a self-driven and execution-focused person who enjoys working hands-on and taking ownership.
We believe you have:
- Approximately 1–3 years of hands-on experience with SEO execution and content production
- A basic understanding of technical SEO, including site structure, metadata, and search performance fundamentals
- Strong written communication skills in English
- A clear interest in writing, content creation, and digital visibility
- A strong sense of ownership, self-leadership, and focus on delivery
- The ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel in a dynamic environment
- A communicative and collaborative mindset
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communication, digital media, or equivalent experience is considered a plus
- Experience with layout or design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe, or Canva) is also a plus
