This is a key role for someone who wants to take ownership of CRM and lifecycle marketing while helping grow one of Aarke’s most important future business areas: recurring revenue and subscriptions.
The Position
As CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in Aarke’s online-team, owning and developing our CRM activities, subscriptions and recurring revenue.
You develop communication across newsletters, automated flows, physical touchpoints and beyond.
A key focus of the role will be to grow Aarke’s recurring revenue by developing and optimizing subscription journeys for consumable products such as Granules andCO₂. You will work to increase repeat purchases, improve subscription adoption and build stronger customer retention through relevant, timely and personalized communication.
You will work both strategically and hands-on with email marketing, customer data, subscription performance and lifecycle optimization with the goal of improving customer engagement, customer lifetime value and retention.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Analyze and turn customer data, campaign results and subscription behavior into concrete actions that improve retention, repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
- Develop and optimize customer lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, replenishment reminders, churn prevention, win-back flows and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain and improve customer data quality across CRM and e-commerce systems, including reporting and visualizing key insights to support clear, data-driven decisions.
- Own the planning, setup and execution of newsletters, email campaigns and automated CRM flows.
- Develop our after-sales activities such as customer surveys, review collections and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement smarter ways of working within CRM, including process improvements, automation opportunities, AI-supported workflows and technical development.
- Collaborate with E-commerce, Performance Marketing and Commercial teams to align CRM activities with campaigns, product priorities and business goals.

You are structured, analytical, and commercially minded, with a strong interest in customer lifecycle growth. You enjoy combining hands-on execution with analysis and strategic thinking, and you know how to turn insights into concrete actions.
You are curious about how brands can use CRM, subscriptions, automation, and AI-driven workflows to build stronger customer relationships and create long-term business value.
Your qualifications include:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
- Experience within CRM and lifecycle marketing within e-commerce or subscription business.
- Deep understanding of email marketing, automated flows, segmentation, customer journeys and customer engagement.
- Knowledge and practical experience using AI tools and automations to improve workflows, analysis or marketing execution.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several initiatives in parallel.
- A curious and proactive mindset, with a strong drive to test, iterate and improve.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Emarsys or similar platforms.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, other European languages as a merit.
