Aarke is a Swedish design company redefining everyday kitchen appliances. We create premium products — carbonators, coffee machines and accessories — built to last and designed to elevate daily routines. As we scale our global e-commerce business across the US, Europe and beyond, we are looking for a key person to own how we work with data, technology and AI.
The Position:
This is a central role in our e-commerce team. You will own our tracking setup, turn data into decisions, and build the AI workflows and automations that make the team faster and smarter. This is not a reporting role — we want someone who fixes things, builds things and drives action.
You will sit at the intersection of data, marketing, sales and technology — working closely with performance marketing, CRM and e-commerce to ensure every decision is grounded in reliable data. In practice, that means being the person the team turns to when something looks off, when a new tool needs evaluation or when an insight needs to become a concrete next step.
Your Responsibilities
Data & Tracking
- Own and improve our tracking setup (GA4/or similar, server-side, pixels, attribution)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Shopify, Klaviyo and marketing platforms
- Identify and fix data gaps before they become business blind spots
- Ensure profitability across products, markets and marketing channels
Analytics & Insights
- Analyse customer behaviour, funnels and channel performance across markets
- Work with cohort, LTV and repeat purchase data to understand what actually drives growth
- Translate findings into clear actions.
AI, Automation & Tools
- Build AI-powered workflows and automations across Shopify, Klaviyo and our marketing stack
- Automate reporting and recurring tasks so the team spends time on decisions, not data prep
- Continuously evaluate, create and bring in tools that genuinely improve speed or output
SEO & GEO
- Own technical and content SEO across our market sites — structure, speed, crawlability and on-page fundamentals
- Scale Aarke's presence in AI-generated answers — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and beyond
Experimentation & Execution
- Drive and support A/B testing and on-site improvements
- Work closely with the team to implement changes based on data
- Contribute to a structured, evidence-based growth process
Who are you?
You combine analytical accuracy with a hands-on builder mindset. You are comfortable moving between data, tools and execution — and you care about impact, not just insights.
We believe you have:
- Experience working with analytics and tracking in e-commerce
- Strong understanding of web analytics, data structures and attribution modelling
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms
- A technical mindset and proven ability to build automations and workflows — not just describe them
- Working knowledge of SEO, including technical fundamentals and organic growth
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools, GEO and how search is evolving
It's a plus if you:
- Have worked with Klaviyo or other CRM/email platforms
- Have experience with server-side tracking
- Are comfortable with SQL, BigQuery or similar
- Have worked in a fast-paced growth-oriented DTC environment
