About the role: A well-established media and technology group is launching a new B2C service in Sweden targeting young women. We are now looking for an interim team to drive this expansion and are seeking a consultant for a 6–12 month contract, based in the Oslo office. Start date is as soon as possible.
As Country Manager, you will be responsible for launching an already successful startup in Sweden. You will have the unique advantage of combining a fast-paced startup environment with the solid backing and extensive resources of an established corporate group.
Who you are: To thrive in this role, you must enjoy making sound decisions quickly, navigating uncertainty, and juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. In other words, you are a typical startup person. You should have a solid understanding of the entire business model, including product development, business strategy, and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Swedish native speaker with a deep understanding of Swedish culture.
- Previous experience working within the Swedish market is a strong advantage.
