Responsibilities
- Drive digital marketing strategy and execution across earned and owned content that support general business objectives
- Strategize and create content with focus on building credibility, knowledge and relevance to increase engagement and organic traffic
- Develop and execute on the Care by Volvo voice for communications online that is measurable and reportable
- Be creative and innovate to find new sales and marketing channels
- Develop, manage and evaluate Search Engine Optimization (SEO) programs and all content development supporting business objectives including parts of influencer marketing initiatives
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Strategize and optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
- Manage project timelines and deliveries throughout the entire process from strategy to delivery
- Drive, report and deliver results that deliver against KPIs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize quality, impact and efficiency of marketing efforts and adjust appropriately
- Be a positive and engaged member of the marketing team and committed to sharing thoughts and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required skills / experience
- Experience overseeing earned media campaigns with several markets exposure of B2C brands and owned campaigns with quantifiable lift
- Proof of “default to done” mentality
- Start up experience highly desirable or comparable “sprint planning and execution” experience
- Creative thinker, solution-oriented, budget focused, experienced working in a fast-paced/sales-
- driven environment, and adept with leadership and project management skills
- Experience in providing real-time analysis of marketing activities designed to drive and measure growth through earned and owned content
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable marketing efforts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to create presentations
- Experience working with 3rd party agencies
- Experience in working with tools like Search Console, AHref, Searchmetric or similar
- Experience in GMP (SA 360, GA 360, Datastudio, etc)
