Responsibilities
- Structure and manage our performance marketing channels within paid search, paid social, display advertising, programmatic and retargeting.
- Continuously analyze campaign results to create recommendations regarding strategy and budget allocation accordingly.
- Keep stakeholders informed about performance against company goals.
- Conduct keyword research, write and update ad copy based on seasonal trends and promotional calendars.
- Ensure tracking, attribution modeling and return on digital marketing investments.
- Implement on-going testing plans for ad copy, creative, landing pages, audience segments, targeting strategies, campaign settings, etc to maximize paid digital spend.
- Assist in generating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports on paid channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize quality, impact and efficiency of marketing efforts and adjust appropriately
- Drive, report and deliver results that deliver against KPIs
- Be a positive and engaged member of the marketing team and committed to sharing thoughts and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required skills / experience
- Deep knowledge in SEM and paid social (campaign management, reporting and optimization experience)
- In depth, technical understanding of paid search, shopping, and paid social best practices.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines.
- Experience restructuring large paid search accounts.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and working in a cross functional organization’
- Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the paid marketing program and initiates with the ability to expand upon that success.
- Experience within the eCommerce space and/or working within industries with strong focus on acquisition.
- Experience in GMP (SA 360, GA 360, Datastudio, etc)
- Experience of Doubleclick stack and Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience in Google Big Query is a plus
- Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus
