Skruvat and Bythjul is owned by the Mobivia Group, a French multi-national corporation present in 19 countries with about 23 000 employees. The two largest companies within the corporate group is Norauto (French) and ATU (German). Bythjul was acquired in 2014 and Skruvat in 2015. The two companies operates in Sweden, Norway and Finland. Skruvat and Bythjul have the same CEO and management team, reporting to the same board with members from the Mobivia Group.

Skruvat was founded in 2008 and is the leading e-commerce site for new car parts in the Nordics. In collaboration with leading European suppliers, the company offers quality car parts, car accessories, tires & rims for all leading car brands. Skruvat’s constantly growing range has now reached over 500,000 quality products.

The role

As the Country Manager Norway you will have the overall responsibility for the site skruvat.no. You will be the key player in the development of Skruvat’s online offering in Norway. The role is both strategic and hands-on. You will be operationally responsible for digital sales, optimization of conversion and campaign activities. 

The job requires proficiency with online marketing channels and with the ability to turn analyses into valuable actions you will take skruvat.no to the next level. You will drive business success by demonstrating consistent and impressive sales growth online. With your great attention to detail and sound analytical skills, you will analyze results and make data-driven decisions in order to increase sales. You will also identify potential business partners which align with Skruvat’s business objectives.

In e-commerce your website is your storefront and you will be in charge of looking after the website and ensure that it works seamlessly. You will drive and set requirements for IT regarding site optimization and development. You will work with conversion in order to attract visitors by using attractive content and effective SEO in order to convert visitors into leads or sales. Furthermore, a part of the work will be to implement a social media strategy with social media goals that aligns with the overall marketing objectives. 

You will be reporting to the Marketing Director at Skruvat.

Location: Norway or Sweden

What you will do 

  • Drive, analyze and optimize marketing activities for skruvat.no
  • Identify business trends and opportunities
  • Produce content with focus on improved SEO and country-specific content
  • Using web analytics tools to monitor performance of all key elements of the website
  • Carry out competition monitoring within Norway regarding price, offer and supply
  • Making suggestions on activities for the marketing budget

Required skills and knowledge

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience within E-commerce
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with marketing and sales in a similar role
  • Experience from independently carrying out projects
  • Speaks and writes fluent Norwegian. Also, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite
