About the role
We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our marketing team! You will be a part of the management team and will play a key role in driving online sales and further building the brand Elodie. As a CMO, you will be responsible for leading the marketing & e-commerce team and for developing and implementing new digital marketing strategies in order to drive growth. The role covers both B2C and B2B. You will also work with developing and expanding our international markets.
What you’ll do
- Head up the marketing and e-commerce team
- Be responsible for allocating the marketing budget
- Set up KPIs for digital marketing and online sales
- Be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies
- Plan and execute the brand strategy
- Be responsible for all digital content
- Together with Campaign Manager be responsible for the Campaign Calendar for both B2C and B2B
- Be responsible for 3rd party vendors such as external digital marketing agencies
- Be responsible for external distributors and marketplaces, such as Amazon and Boozt.
- Ensure that Elodies brand is being communicated correctly by distributors and retailers, in line with marketing strategies and values.
Required skills and knowledge
We are looking for an experienced leader with great knowledge within digital marketing and e-commerce, who can contribute to Elodies journey. You have an excellent understanding of how to build premium brands and have a proven track record of driving growth. You also have experience working internationally with different markets.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience from digital marketing and B2C products
- Extensive experience from brand building and growth journeys
- Good knowledge of E-commerce
- Proven track record of creating innovative and successful campaigns
- Experience from CRM or loyalty programs
- Great leadership skills and experience managing teams
- Innovative, self-going and entrepreneurial
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
