About the role

Performance Marketing at Pierce is a key pillar in the organization, at the intersection of marketing, data and technology. We are now looking for Performance Marketer who will become part of our fully integrated in-house marketing team which operates in a global, high-paced and innovative environment.

We are building a growth machine which you will have an opportunity to be part of! The role will involve creating funnels and guiding people in their purchase decision, as well as owning the process for rapid creative testing and optimization with help from the creative team, and utilizing cross-channel attribution. You will mainly focus on Paid Social (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), but also be involved in overall performance strategy and activities for other channels such as SEM. This person will also be able to take on more responsibility for how we work with campaigns within performance marketing.

You will report to Head of Performance Marketing.


  • Setup, optimize, analyze and report Performance Marketing Campaigns, with a focus on Paid Social
  • Act as the campaigns’ gatekeeper, ensuring all campaign work undertaken is driving towards overall business goals
  • Develop how we can be smarter in our campaign work, analyzing the way we work and share insights with rest of the team
  • Overlook investment allocation to reach business performance KPIs;
  • Drive automation with a focus on creative, campaign and audience automation
  • Develop an effective optimization process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance;
  • Research and leverage Paid Social industry trends to inform marketing strategies;
  • Communicate with Performance Marketing Team - sharing performance, insights and new findings

Skills & requirements

  • Previous experience in an in-house performance marketing team or performance marketing agency;
  • Previous experience managing multinational performance marketing campaigns;
  • Previous experience from Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience with website analytical tools (eg. Google Analytics);
  • Experience working with performance KPIs, and with drilling into performance data to identify issues or opportunities to improve KPI performance;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating and interpreting performance marketing reports. Ability to explain cause-effect relationships;
  • Excellent skills in English, both written and verbal
