About the role
Pierce is expanding rapidly in all our segments; Offroad/Motocross (MX), Onroad/Motorcycles (MC) and Snowmobiles. Our ambition is to grow faster than what the organic shift from offline to online retail is occurring to further strengthen our leading position for all three brands (24MX, XLMOTO and Sledstore).
One key competitive advantage is that we can offer our customers great products at a great price in our Sales Campaigns. The Campaigns range from big seasonal events like "Black Friday" to daily deals and offerings. We communicate and run the sales campaigns across all of our customer facing channels i.e. Online stores, E-mail and Social Media and more.
As Campaign Sales Manager you are responsible to lead and coordinate all activities that lead up to a successful sales campaign. Based on sales targets you will lead and coordinate work across several functions such as Product Purchasing/Category Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, Product Marketing, Graphical Design, Online store and Customer Service.
You will also work regularly with analyzing campaigns and other areas of sales data to optimize our campaigns to be relevant for our customers as well as drive sales.
You report to our Sales Director.
Responsibilities
- Ensure our deals lineup will meet set Campaign Sales Targets.
- Lead and coordinate campaign activities between relevant stakeholders, including Product Purchasing/Category Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, Product Marketing, Graphical Design, Online store and Customer Service.
- Be innovative and creative in making new campaign ideas come to life.
- Follow competitors campaign activities to ensure that Pierce has competitive campaign offers at any given point in time
- Carry out analysis and follow-up of campaigns and ensure that we constantly improve our messaging and work proactively in our campaigns planning
- Project lead larger campaign activities
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years experience from Retail campaign planning & execution
- Experience working with sales/campaigns on several different markets
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong business acumen
- Self driven, motivated and goal oriented
- Passionate about Sales
- Great coordination and project management skills, with a sense for details
- Previous experience from motor industry is a plus
- Excellent skills in English, both written and verbal
