About the role

CDLP has seen strong growth the last couple of years. We are now looking for a driven E-commerce Operations Manager who is passionate about eCommerce and driving digital growth. As E-commerce Operations Manager you will together with E-commerce Director be responsible for e-com strategy, daily sales and site roadmap to drive growth at a very fast pace. You will take overall responsibility and ownership of the site, daily operations, content and development thereof, and report directly to E-commerce Director. CDLP is on an intensive expansion and growth journey and as a member of the team, this requires flexibility, entrepreneurial drive, and great problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Involved in overall site strategy to reach business objectives together with E-commerce Director
  • Responsible and take ownership for daily operations and optimizations to reach short term sales targets. Continuously analysing current situation according to set KPIs to understand performance and take action
  • Conversion rate optimization, including conduct rapid A/B testing
  • Drive eCommerce related projects and coordinate with other eCommerce related functions such as IT and supply chain
  • Initiate site development and working closely to our in-house developer
  • Working closely with marketing and creative team to optimize content and campaigns

Qualifications/Competencies

  • +2 year’s experience of analysis, content and campaign management within e-commerce
  • Education within e-commerce, marketing or equivalent
  • Experience from working with E-com platforms/CMS (Shopify is a plus) 
  • Experience from working with Google Analytics and Content Square or other similar tool
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus)
