As the e-commerce manager / product owner you will represent the customer and combine the knowledge of business and data to create a vision and roadmap to sustain and grow SAFIRA’s technical platform, customer experience and optimisation. In this role you will define the KPIs to measure success, make sure to optimise the customer experience to grow conversion, and execute the vision with your colleagues and SAFIRA’s selected tech providers. You will be a key contact that serves as a bridge between development team, UX/UI and business stakeholders, and support various stages of the platform product development life cycle. You will report to the Head of E-Commerce.
The technical platform was completely revamped in 2021 with a best-of-breed architecture. You will work with Centra, Storyblok. Algolia, Depict, Infobaleen, Cevoid, Crisp, Klaviyo and Business Central among others.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Analyse and track competitors and stay on top of industry and market trends
- Help define the short and long-term roadmap for the technical platform
- Be responsible of converting the users when they have arrived at the site, conversion optimization
- Take advantage of our rich customer data to build a personalised customer experience
- Gather and document requirements and convert into high-level and detailed feature specifications
- Articulate detailed user stories, and answer questions as the business and customer representative
- Create and maintain product backlog and documentation for new features released
- Work with UX/UI and developers to execute SAFIRA’s vision from conception to launch
- Conduct user acceptance testing and necessary training
- Provide timely support regarding system configurations, settings and workflow management and provide training
- Collaborate and continuously share user insights to relevant lines of business
Requirements
You have previously been in a similar role and have a proven track record from successfully working with e-commerce. We believe that you have experience and competence within:
- At least 3 years of experience in a business analysis or e-commerce operations role
- A global mindset and are used to working towards ambitious goals and set KPIs
- Strategic and analytical; data- and hypothesis-driven with a strong experience interpreting test results and drawing conclusions
- Proficient technical knowledge of e-commerce technologies and web development, minimum from a requirement perspective
- Used to work independently with both strategic and operational tasks
- Fluent in Swedish and English (other languages are a bonus)

Location
The headquarters is in Köping and the marketing and sales department is located in the centre of Stockholm. Near remote work can be discussed.
