Take the opportunity to join Naty's Marketing department as their DTC E-commerce Manager.

About the role

In the role of DTC E-commerce, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the consumer/customer focus and driving commercial development, focusing on the DTC e-commerce and optimizing the website's user experience. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the e-commerce, ensuring that the sales goals and KPIs are reached. This position offers significant opportunities to shape both strategy and operations and is suited for someone interested in both the technical and business aspects, well-versed in digital trends, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. While the role is part of the Marketing team, it collaborates closely with colleagues across various functions as well as external partners. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize our e-commerce platform to deliver the best possible user experience
  • Analyze sales and established KPIs
  • Coordinate solid operations and improvement projects with internal colleagues and external developers
  • Manage and improve operations (technology, data & analytics, compliance, operating model) for e-commerce
  • Create and implement strategy for value creation and profitable growth
  • Secure optimal, cost-effective last mile delivery with internal stakeholders & 3PL

Qualifications:

To succeed in the role of DTC E-commerce Manager, you have: 

  • Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience in E-commerce or similar
  • Min. approx. 1-2 years of proven experience in E-commerce, with a good understanding of customer journeys, platforms/integrations, workflows, and data and analytics
  • Knowledge of website management and optimization (front end, CMS, SEO)
  • Knowledge of Google (eg Tag Manager / Shop / Merchant Center)
  • Fluent in English, other languages preferred
  • Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Interest in sustainability and a desire to make a positive contribution to the world is a plus
