About the role
As an SEO Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that increase organic search traffic and enhance the website's visibility in search engines. You will lead the SEO efforts of the company, analyze and report on results, and collaborate with other departments to optimize the website's performance and user experience. In this position you will report to the CMO.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Ensure technical SEO optimization of the website, addressing page speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexing.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content and create guidelines for SEO.
- Plan and execute link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Utilize SEO tools for analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with web developers, designers, content creators, and the marketing team.
- Ensure SEO delivery aligns with budget goals and prioritizes efforts for service sales.
Who are you?
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of increasing organic search traffic, preferably within e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, as well as other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical ability and the ability to use data to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI-based solutions to scale efforts in a sustainable manner.
- Speak and write English and Swedish fluently.
