About the role

As a Partnership Manager you will have the opportunity to drive and develop our client’s partnerships. You will have a key role where your task is to build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing partners. An important part of your role is to proactively seek and evaluate potential partnerships to identify organizations that can create mutual value. You will also be a key person in maintaining and optimizing their existing partnerships. This means that you continuously follow up with the partners to understand their needs and goals to further drive growth and profitability. You will report directly to the CMO. 

You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders at different levels in the organization and an important part of the role will be effectively communicating the value and various benefits of the offering and brand.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential partners and evaluate their suitability
  • Present and pitch the offer to potential partners
  • Negotiate agreements and terms to ensure favorable partnerships
  • Serve as a point of contact for existing partners
  • Evaluate, develop, and optimize existing agreements to ensure profitability and growth
  • Collaborate with other functions within the organization

Who are you?  

To succeed in the role of Partnership Manager, you are/have:

  • +3 years of experience in long-term complex partnerships and sales
  • A strong track record of building and developing relationships with stakeholders at various levels in organizations
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Comfortable with delivering presentations and workshops
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English

To succeed in the role, we also see that you are:

  • Results- and business-oriented with a strong interest in the commercial aspect and how to create and develop business
  • Curious and receptive with a willingness to understand the partner's needs and challenges
  • Skilled at building and nurturing relationships
