E-commerce education for Clas Ohlson

Clas Ohlson partners with Beyond Retail to create an e-commerce education program for selected key personnel who do not work directly with their e-commerce. The purpose of the program is to increase knowledge, reduce organizational silos and to enhance collaboration between the different parts of the organization when it comes to e-commerce. This is an important step in Clas Ohlson's digital transformation journey.

Clas Ohlson have been working with a dedicated e-com strategy and seen significant growth over the last years and are now taking the next step by investing in a broader training targeting many parts of the non e-com organization.

Beyond Retail is a leading expert in e-commerce and is pleased to partner with Clas Ohlson to develop this e-commerce education program. The program will be tailored to Clas Ohlson's business and will cover topics such as e-commerce strategy, logistics and shipping, customer experience and marketing.
