Beyond Retail recently recruited a new Head of CRM and Head of Digital Marketing. Now the consulting firm continues to grow, and recruits Malin Wallenius and Rickard La Fleur to strengthen the E-commerce team even further. This is another step towards Beyond Retail’s goal – to double their size yet again over the next few years.
Beyond Retail’s hybrid business model combines consulting and recruitment and has proven successful, with the company doubling in size over the past two years. The company, specialized in digital transformation, digital marketing, CRM and e-commerce, recently recruited to the management team, focusing on improving and clarifying the offer within two of their main areas of focus – CRM and Digital Marketing.
Now, the recruitment to other senior positions continues, focusing on the E-commerce offering, and Beyond Retail strengthens the team by recruiting Malin Wallenius and Rickard La Fleur. Malin has a strong growth track record and previously held the position as E-commerce Manager at the fast growing haircare brand Maria Nila. Rickard comes from a long line of senior roles within E-commerce, including a role as CMO at Parfym.se. The two new consultants will allow the existing e-commerce team to help even more clients with their online growth.

For Malin Wallenius, one of the things that attracted her to the role was the holistic approach to e-commerce, looking at each company and individual process in order to find the right way forward. According to Malin, seeing every single case in a fresh yet data-driven way is crucial, and something she felt would be possible at Beyond Retail.
“When deciding to leave my former position, I was looking for an arena where I would be challenged within my field and be able to join forces and share knowledge with new people. Rickard La Fleur has over ten years of experience in E-commerce and is familiar with the challenges that companies face in the increasingly competitive industry – experience that he will be able to put to good use when joining Beyond Retail.
