When Stronger set out to elevate their customer experience, the mission was clear: reimagine their e-commerce platform, migrate their CRM to Voyado Engage and unify customer data with product discovery through Voyado Elevate.
Beyond Retail and TRY Stockholm joined forces to make this vision a reality - combining cutting-edge creative tech expertise with strategic CRM project management to deliver a launch built for growth, brand storytelling and AI-driven personalisation.
The Challenge
Stronger needed to:
- Launch a brand-new e-commerce site that embodies their bold, high-energy identity.
- Implement a new CRM and product discovery solution that unifies customer data, merchandising, AI-powered recommendations and personalisation - without disrupting ongoing communications.
- Build a future-proof setup for cross-channel personalisation and data-driven growth.
The Approach
Beyond Retail led the Voyado migration, with Senior CRM Project Manager Miona Matar as the central liaison between Stronger, Voyado and TRY Stockholm, ensuring unified strategy and execution across systems and teams.
TRY Stockholm, led by Project Manager Julia Dahlgren, delivered Stronger’s new digital flagship; a high-impact, dynamic e-commerce platform designed for performance, storytelling and experimentation.
At a high level, the joint work included:
- Creating a unified data and customer engagement model in Voyado Engage and Elevate.
- Orchestrating a smooth migration with a focus on email deliverability, IP warm-up and retention of historical engagement insights.
- Connecting CRM, merchandising and AI capabilities to deliver consistent personalisation across channels.
- Establishing an ecosystem for cross-channel orchestration, enabling CRM and on-site experiences to reinforce each other.
